Science: Royal Imperial Jasper is an opaque microcrystalline quartz. Formed from silica-rich hydrothermal fluids moving through volcanic rock. Mineral impurities like iron and aluminum create the banded, orbicular, and mottled color patterns it's known for.

Special Notes: This thing has a sick little pink stripe in it. The girdle is short and it would look great with a gold bezel on a silver backing plate. This material is not extremely rare, but it’s no run of the mill rock you find on the beach.
